Youngest age to join boot camp?  

We suggest the youngest age to be 15 years and older. If your daughter who is 13 is going to be accompanied by you to boot camp, we will allow her to join.


How long are the
Boot Camp programs? 

The program runs for 4 weeks, week days, Monday to Friday, for 1 hour per day. The calendar dates are all set for the 2021 year. You may attend as many days as you are able to attend during the 4 week period. Every day will be excellent!

What happens if I book and I am not able to attend the full 4 week program?

We would require a medical note to credit you for days missed.


What areas/locations do you train at?

We are at the Bergvliet High School, Bergvliet from 6am to 7am and also at the International School of Cape Town, Wynberg from 6pm to 7pm. 


If I cannot make the morning session, can I attend the afternoon session?

Yes, you may. Just drop your trainer a message to let her know you will be attending.


What happens if it rains?

We have adequate under cover/indoor areas. We train rain or shine.

What do I need to bring along to boot camp?

You will need to bring along a water bottle, an exercise mat and a set of hand held weights, preferably 1.5 kg or 2kg.


I have not exercised in months! Can I still join?

We cater for all fitness levels and remember it will be your personal best - more than you have done before. 

Why ladies only?

We encourage ladies only because of the exercises we do together with the body parts we concentrate on. A great way to network and make friends, and not forgetting a getaway from it all for one hour!
